Perfom at charity event in Knoxville, TN

Dear Sarah,

             I would like to introduce myself for I am a Young Professional Leadership Committee member which is part of the non-profit Knoxville Chapter - Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. Here is a link to the obtain information on our organization  http://www.cff.org/Chapters/knoxville/

We are planning to have a Fall event on Sunday August 30,2009 around 4:00-7:00pm, tentatively at the Knoxville Botanical Gardens http://www.knoxgarden.org  It will be a casual setting -serving BBQ, beer and live music while raising awareness and money for Cystic Fibrosis. At this time we have 3 local bands booked to play. We are reaching out to you to see if you would be interested donating your time to perform at our charity event. Her performance time would be 1 1/2 hours. We will have a stage and sound equipment in place. We would love to have you perfom in Knoxville, TN.

              We have secured Q93 FM http://www.q93country.com/ as a radio sponsor and they will be promoting the event. We will also utilize other media outlets to promote our charity event. Other sponsors would be for food, grand prize, secondary prizes and beer. We will advertise the event name (TBD) with the sponsors on all marketing materials.  This is work in progress and hope to have things finalized asap for August 30^th is just around the corner!! We truly appreciate your time and consideration.
