Orders received by SarahDarling.com outside that time window (weekend orders) will be shipped before 5:00pm CST the following Monday. Physical items (CDs, apparel and merchandise) that are damaged or defective may be returned within 15 days of receipt of the order. All merchandise must be returned with all original packaging intact. Apparel items cannot be returned if worn or washed. Autographed items cannot be returned. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded unless it is an error on the Store’s part. To return an order, please write the reason for the return on a copy of the invoice and include it with the order. All International shipping charges must be adjusted, according to weight of package and country destination. Additional shipping & handling charge will be applied to your credit card at the time your order is shipped.
